We maintain a full service Patient Advocacy Center (PAC) of dedicated and experienced advocates. Our PAC advocates have over 20 year experience negotiating with hospitals nationwide. PAC not only negotiates lower hospital bills, it also works to locate and access all available saving programs that members may be eligible to participate in. PAC’s knowledgeable staff will make every effort to substantially lower members’ hospital and other medical bills to make hospital stay more affordable and manageable. On occasions, PAC has even negotiated dismissal of entire hospital bills for members, saving members tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars!
PAC passionately trains its staff of advocates by ensuring that the patient is first priority. They communicate on behalf of the patient’s to obtain the lowest possible rates. The Advocates work to enhance long–term partnerships with the hospitals for the advantage of our members.
Dental Care Overview
This program utilizes the Aetna Dental Access network and is a discount program which can save you money on most of your dental needs. The final cost of treatment will depend upon the type of dental work performed as well as your geographic location.
As a member, you and your loved ones can visit any participating dentist as often as you like and enjoy dental savings of 15%–50% off the usual and customary fees. The program provides for almost all forms of required dentistry including:

This service allows for rapid assessment of a condition, ranging from emergency care referral to guided self–care at home.
